Parents are asked to fill in the admission forms with utmost accuracy. No subsequent changes will be permitted.

A candidate who has attended another school cannot be admitted without a Transfer Certificate from the school he/she last attended. Catholic students must produce a Baptism Certificate.

An interaction with the child together with his/her parents is required prior to the admission.

After taking new admission in any class, if a pupil absents for 10 consecutive days, the name will be struck off the rolls.

Withdrawal / Expulsion

  • Before withdrawing a student from the school a month’s notice is to be given or month’s fee in lieu of notice.
  • No school leaving certificate will be issued unless requested in writing by parent and the dues are cleared.
  • Any pupil failing two years in succession in the same class or failing twice in three consecutive years will be struck off the roll s and cannot continue in the school.
  • A student who fails twice in three consecutive years must be withdrawn. A student of Class I who cannot cope up with the standard of the school will have to be withdrawn.
  • The Principal reserves to herself the right to dismiss a student who fails to make satisfactory progress in his/her studies or whose conduct in any way is detrimental to the discipline of the institution for immorality, insubordination or contempt without prior notice to the parents.
  • Students whose attendance is irregular, who do not pay their fees, who are habitually late or absent, lazy or disobedient or whose sickness in liable to be infectious to others may be dismissed.
  • As a rule, students who are dismissed from the school are not admitted.
  • No withstanding anything in the prospectus, the Principal may at her absolute discretion ask any parent at any time to take hi ward out of the school.
